Doug Rathjen was raised near Ravenna, Nebraska and attended Ravenna High School. Doug graduated from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance. Doug is a member of the Osceola School Board and currently serves as the Treasurer. He is an assistant track coach for the Osceola High School track team. Doug is also a mentor for the Teammates Mentoring Program at Osceola Public Schools and serves as the Treasurer for the local Teammates chapter.
